How intake data, uploads, and consent choices are handled
This policy explains how case information, uploaded Amazon notices, contact details, and Google tag consent choices are used to operate the service.

What we collect
We collect the information submitted through the landing and intake forms, including full name, business email, phone number, Amazon seller account name, case summary, optional uploaded notices, attribution parameters such as UTM values and click IDs, and consent preferences.
Why we collect it
The information is used to review the case, assess urgency, route callbacks, determine whether the matter is a fit for service, respond to the seller, and maintain operational reporting for the intake funnel.
Measurement and advertising
When consent is granted, the site uses the directly installed Google tag and Google Ads conversion tracking to measure ad clicks, landing-page performance, and lead submissions. Enhanced conversions for leads may use submitted email address and phone number for matching inside Google Ads after consent has been recorded.
Microsoft Advertising measurement
For visits from our Microsoft Advertising campaigns to our English Seller and KDP advertising pages, optional measurement loads only after you allow it. Microsoft collects or receives personal data such as browser and device information, advertising click identifiers and page activity to provide Microsoft Advertising. We report that an enquiry was received; we do not send your name, email, phone number or case text in these reports. Your Microsoft choice is separate from Google and from submitting an enquiry. OpenAI advertising measurement
On our English Seller and KDP landing pages reached from OpenAI ads, an optional, unchecked form choice asks for separate permission to report an accepted and saved enquiry to OpenAI. Leaving it unchecked does not affect your request. The choice applies only to that submission and is separate from other advertising providers. Our server sends an event ID, time, the landing-page address without query parameters, and the ad click reference if available. These are pseudonymous identifiers that may let OpenAI associate the event with your ad click; they are not anonymous. We do not include your name, email, phone, message, case documents, IP address or browser details. No OpenAI browser pixel or measurement cookie is installed. OpenAI processes the event under its applicable terms and privacy policy; we send its opt-out flag to restrict personalized advertising use. Before sending, withdraw by unchecking the option. For a later withdrawal or deletion request, contact privacy@northline-seller-recovery.com; we can stop an unsent event and handle requests concerning data already shared. Events awaiting delivery are retried with the same ID for no more than seven days. Service providers and operational systems
The site relies on Cloudflare Turnstile for anti-spam verification, Supabase for lead storage and file storage, Resend for lead notification email delivery, and webhook-based CRM or telephony integrations when those operational endpoints are configured for live follow-up.
Retention and handling
Lead records and uploaded notices should be retained only for as long as needed to review the case, handle service discussions, meet operational record-keeping needs, and resolve disputes or compliance obligations. Access should remain restricted to authorized personnel and systems.
Rights and requests
Data-subject requests relating to access, correction, deletion, consent withdrawal, or marketing preferences should be handled through the contact channel listed on the site. Privacy acceptance is required for case handling, while marketing opt-in remains optional and can be withdrawn separately.
Reddit advertising measurement
With your separate permission, our English Seller/KDP pages reached from Reddit campaigns use the Reddit Pixel to report visits and accepted enquiries. Reddit receives information such as IP address, browser/device details and an available advertising click identifier. We do not provide names, email addresses, phone numbers or case text, and do not use advanced matching. Refusing leaves the enquiry form available. Optional website analytics with Microsoft Clarity
Only after your separate permission, Microsoft Clarity helps us understand clicks, scrolling, masked session recordings and technical form outcomes on public pages. Microsoft receives technical data such as IP address, device/browser details, page addresses and pseudonymous cookie identifiers (_clck and _clsk). Form contents and case details are masked; we do not send them as analytics events. This permission does not grant Microsoft advertising consent. Declining or withdrawing does not affect your enquiry. Use Site analytics preferences in the footer to change your choice; withdrawal stops collection.
