Scope and engagement
Submitting an intake form or landing-page lead does not create a client relationship by itself. Engagement begins only after scope, commercial terms, and success criteria are expressly agreed.
No guarantee of outcome
Amazon retains sole control over account reinstatement, appeal approval, listing status, and release of funds. The service does not guarantee reinstatement, appeal success, or any other outcome controlled by Amazon.
Success-based billing
Where a no-upfront or pay-after-success model is used, the exact success trigger, fee, and payment timing must be defined in writing before work begins. Commercial terms should match the real scope of the case and the jurisdiction involved.
Use of the site
Users should provide accurate information, submit only documents they are permitted to share, and avoid abusive or misleading use of the site. The operator may refuse incomplete, abusive, conflicted, or out-of-scope matters.
