Start with what Amazon has blocked.
Your KDP account is closed or suspended
The message may refer to content, publishing rights, book details or another concern. We start with the actual notice and the earlier exchanges, so the response addresses what Amazon is questioning.
One or more books are blocked
A problem with a title is different from an account closure. We check the affected edition, the notice and the submitted materials before deciding what needs to be explained or corrected.
You cannot access the account or complete verification
Tell us which step is failing and whether Amazon has sent a notice. An access problem alone does not explain the status of your publishing account.
Account reinstatement, permission to publish individual books and royalty payments are separate matters. We check what Amazon has actually confirmed for each one.
What you can do now
- Keep the complete Amazon notice, including the date and any instructions for replying. Earlier messages can explain a reason that a later reply only mentions briefly.
- Keep all previous appeals exactly as sent, with their attachments and Amazon’s responses. Start by telling us what you already have; we will identify what else matters.
- Preserve the book and cover files involved. If you have prepared corrections, keep the submitted version and the revised version separate so the changes can be explained.
How we work on your case
Read the full history
We compare the notice, all previous appeals and Amazon’s replies. We identify the points already answered, the evidence missing and any contradictions that need to be resolved.
Prepare corrections and evidence
We examine the relevant covers, manuscripts, metadata or rights documents. We separate disputed facts from problems that need correction, and distinguish work already completed from actions that require restored account access.
Prepare the request and review the reply
We build a request supported by your evidence and agree it before submission. We then assess Amazon’s response, any further information needed and the next available step. Reinstatement conditions and remaining catalogue restrictions are checked separately.

Who reviews your case
I’m Michele Corvo, Northline’s founder and a former Amazon employee. Our review team includes three former Amazon employees. My work at Amazon included projects concerning Seller account suspensions. For KDP, we work from your communications, publishing materials and the evidence in your case.
View Michele’s LinkedIn profileNo upfront payment. No reinstatement, no fee.
We agree the success fee and payment plan with you in writing before we start. We advance all costs of working on your case. If your account is not reinstated, you pay nothing, including those costs.
After reinstatement, you can pay the success fee in agreed monthly instalments from the royalties you receive. Payments can begin when your royalties resume, under the plan agreed before we start.
Questions before you contact us
Can you help after Amazon says its decision is final?
We can examine the history and assess whether there is a supported basis for another review. We cannot promise account reinstatement.
Will my case take two weeks?
Two weeks is the average for our successful cases, from taking on the case after receiving the necessary documents to reinstatement. Your case may take longer. The evidence needed and Amazon’s replies affect the timeline.
Do you guarantee that my books or royalties will return?
No. We check account reinstatement, the position of individual books and royalty payments separately. Restoring account access does not confirm that every title can return to sale or that a payment has been released.
How much does the service cost, and how do monthly payments work?
We agree the fee, what it covers and the monthly payment plan in writing before starting. There is no upfront payment. After reinstatement, you can pay in monthly instalments from the royalties you receive. If we do not obtain reinstatement, you owe nothing, including costs.
Tell us what happened to your KDP account.
Describe the problem or paste Amazon’s message. We will read it and contact you about the next step.
